James R. Fegley, Esquire - portraitSpecial Council

Mr. Fegley’s career has led him from Mathematics into Law, with two stops in the Estate Planning field. During his earlier legal career, he specialized in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law, with an emphasis on shopping center leases, as well as Commercial Lending Law. He represented a number of area banks, as well as family businesses, whether as Corporate or Partnership Counsel. He also practiced Estate Planning and Probate Law, as well as General representation.

Mr. Fegley retired from the active practice of law in 2006 and relocated to Kentucky. He moved back to Reading in 2012, however, and has since volunteered to serve on the City’s Charter Board and on the Boards of three non-profit organizations. In 2017, after receiving an opportunity to re-enter the legal community, Mr. Fegley reactivated his law license and is currently working part-time to serve the needs of the inner-city population. He is available to serve the needs of local churches, businesses and individuals. As do most Liberty Law Group attorneys, Mr. Fegley offers special rates to those less fortunate.

Mr. Fegley and his wife, Susan, reside in the City of Reading.
